The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) is proud to release its National Detailed Report from the second National Survey of Gambling Attitudes and Gambling Experiences (NGAGE 2.0). This research project meets a critical need for data on the impact of expanded gambling in general in the US and expanded sports betting in particular.
This report provides the first opportunity to measure national changes in gambling attitudes and experiences from the NGAGE 1.0 baseline study in 2018. This research also includes an in-depth look at trends in and attitudes about sports betting and fantasy sports betting, providing the most detailed information to date in emerging US research about these fields.
This survey is NOT a study of the prevalence of gambling addiction.
